IRON SLINGER 1.0
Iron Slinger 1.0 is an extreme minimalist strength and conditioning program built for busy grapplers, athletes, and parents who want more power with less training time. Centered around the kettlebell snatch and a press of your choice, this 90-minute-per-week system delivers serious results in grip strength, lean muscle, and endurance—without endless hours in the gym. Designed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and tested in real life and on the mat, Iron Slinger 1.0 blends power-endurance, smart autoregulation, and real-world applicability to help you train hard, recover better, and perform when it counts.
